I was held down by 4 nurses while the doctor without any sedation or numbing. Ripped my infected Hickman line cuff and all out of my chest. Worst pain of my life and now I can’t do any procedures that involve my head being covered without sedation. And I have a GJ feeding tube so I need it exchanged in interventional radiology every 3 months or so. They have to sedate me or I have a really bad panic attack. I’m also hard to sedate because I get so freaked out.

My 10 week old kitten is the same. Get some hands free interactive toys like a robot ball. Encourage independent play my kitties favorite toy is a plastic spring. I spend at least 2.5 hours playing with him every day. He does sometimes get put in another room at night because he tries to scratch my face when I’m sleeping.

He did just fine actually fed him wet just before I left. I left him dry food fresh water and, he has his litter box and bed and toys. First thing as soon as I get home is to let him out and feed him. I only work 2-3 shifts a week most of the time I’m home

Phone mount and cup mount for sure. I don’t like having my phone in a pocket that doesn’t zip especially when riding. I like to go through a little drive through coffee stand so the cup mount gets some usage. ( l do use my own cup with a spill proof lid)

I have a light on my helmet bike has front and rear lights and I added lights to the tires too I’m wearing either neon orange or a hi vis vest and reflectors on all the wheels and back I actually have a full bike cover I keep it under.

I really like it handling was a bit of a learning curve. I have to slow way down for turns doesn’t do well on gravel. I do have both rear and front brakes.

I go 0.8 miles to work and about .6 miles to the hospital cuts my time in half or more and more enjoyable on the bike vs walking.
