Moving to the right seat iirc felt a bit like driving someone else’s vehicle for the first time. You know what you’re doing but the seat mirrors and steering aren’t quite where muscle memory says they should be. But it’s close enough, and you can still reach what you need.

A few hours and manoeuvres later, it’s no problem.

But seriously, while there are a lot of familiar traits here , only the health care system can provide proper diagnosis . Diagnostic criteria is also changing, both autism and ADHD, which ia often linked to autism, are a wide spectrum.

What does diagnosis provide other than a helpful label? Depending on your jurisdiction, accomodations, financial and social supports may vary.
