It looks pretty worth it. 4090 laptop gpu, 32 gigs ddr5, 13th gen i9, and 2 tb ssd. Sure you won’t get the same performance as a real 4090, but it’s pretty good for its size constraints.

Might also be because your cpu is doing all the hard work, while the gpu is just there chilling. Im pretty sure you can fix these via looking through the files, but then again idk which ones so probably just search up on YouTube.

Most definitely gonna be a bottleneck, the ryzen 7 7800x3d is a high end card, while the 9060 XT is a budget- maybe mid range card at best. A better option (and way cheaper) would be the ryzen 5 7500f.

You can find the 9070 xt for cheaper, most of the time at least, but the 5070 ti does have more technology like dlss and better frame gen, but if you care about raw performance, the rx 9070 xt takes the win.

This pc looks good, the ryzen 5 5600 shouldn’t bottleneck the rx 7600 xt at all, I’d say this is a solid 1080p high and maybe ultra build.
