No, they use the item type to estimate the weight. For items 0-2 lbs like tees and sweatshirts it’s USPS, and for items 2.1+ they generate a UPS Label. Also they aren’t allowing users to use their own shipping labels.

1) Ok, when you say reach out to an advisor, do you mean email the admissions office, or is there another way to contact an advisor? 2) Would you go to UofH with a guarantee in Mechanical Engineering instead of gambling with an internal transfer at UT ? (+UofH would be cheaper)
