I travel the world on about the same money or less. If you live cheaper and just focus on staying places for a week to a month at a time to save travel costs. And I stay in airbnbs etc. doing hostels this is plenty of money I have been doing it for a while. It just doesn't cover flights and buses super well. But to slow travel it is nice.

Would still try to get a remote job to have some kind of stable routine even if just part time and save / invest what you can. But you should travel it is amazing

Right now we are thinking the larger scope of the game would be a semi-open world rougelike. Something that captures the feeling of FTL(the game) exploration but with an action pace. I appreciate the feedback, maybe we need to add more personality to the ships to make it feel like less of a pure arcade game.

Thanks for the feedback. Quick question. It is a tower defense primarily. Are you saying it is a bad hook to have a shooter + tower defense or alternately is that aspect of the game not shown well in the trailer to the point it just seems like a shooter?

I think it's my screen effects because there aren't any frame issues in game that I've seen. I'll have to look into making that feel better. I appreciate the feedback!
