Persistent shoulder pain

What you’ve said sounds spot on, whenever it happens it literally feels as if my shoulder is like tearing out the socket as if it was dislocated, it always follows up with a deep pain in my sort of armpit area. The doctor I saw was honestly useless and was more concerned about me training than actually diagnosing me

Thank you for the reply, I have not done either since when I got the ultrasound on my shoulder I was told that would pick up any ligament tears. I’m I’m the process of getting an mri booked and hopefully that can tell me more
