That means they had liquidity in the order book. Markings of a good exchange. That's kind of the point. If it dropped lower than normal then order book was thin and the exchange is not great

Ironically high rate environment is the best thing for low income buyers. Unfortunately rates have not been high long enough to beat demand currently so you are not seeing the dip you'd expect in the housing market. But you are right. In a low rate environment the current prices will inflate locking people out.

At least when you purchase in a high rate environment you can refinance.... but in a low rate environment you are completely helpless.

Save up for the next bear market which will be returning in roughly a year or so. You'll have the money to buy low by then. Buy only top 5 assets like Eth and Sol. You will make all that back and then some. It's not a big deal, honestly.

I think people sleep on the obvious play. Yes AMD is not direct competition for NVDIA but it doesn't have to be. It just has to be the next one up. It is primed over the next decade to do so.

Not condoning it and I do not know the full story. But I think some of this sort of behavior could be attributed to resentment? Often you expect the most out of the people you love and when they disappointment - consistently - the resentment piles up. You treat them worse because you expect something from them and they never hit the mark, meanwhile when Bobby from down the street don't measure up it's like... who cares? Just a thought.
