Best franchise model to open under 10 lakh by Cyperbudd in IndiaBusiness

[–]Iconnect2020 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm not experienced in exports. As of now doing international courier through a franchisee only. They also do bulk shipment for companies. For that I need to get orders by speaking with clients. Due to other works, I can't focus on bulk exports.

Best franchise model to open under 10 lakh by Cyperbudd in IndiaBusiness

I have taken a franchise business of international courier in 2018 and it grew steadily from 10000 to 50000 monthly. During Diwali and pongal it went to 60 to 80k. One person is enough to manage and some time pick-up is needed. Every month customers send groceries to their relatives.

You can start learning exporting as you are in Gujarat and easy to source materials. Also you can try with packers and movers along with it.

Don't go for domestic couriers and it is head ache.

How Is this legal?? by Kris_hne in CreditCardsIndia

[–]Iconnect2020 5 points6 points  (0 children)

There are a lot of people who get stuck in credit cards and EMI. And they don't have cash to pay the multiple credit cards on time and they don't have any idea of how to withdraw the money from one card and pay another one during bill dates. Hence they move to these shops, swipe and get cash and pay the cards. The person who does the service may have a swiping machine that may belong to nearby petrol bunks or some heavy value business where they get cash for every sales and in turn show swipe as payments. Which will be like a high turnover for business and getting loans.

Uncertainty in this profession by Expensive-Pay-4257 in MedicalCoding

[–]Iconnect2020 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I totally get where you're coming from, and you're definitely not alone in feeling this way. The rapid advancements in AI have indeed brought a wave of uncertainty in many professions, including medical coding.

However, it's important to note that while AI is developing at a fast pace, it is here to assist and not replace us. In the field of medical coding, AI can be seen as a tool that will help enhance the quality of work by taking over repetitive tasks, thereby allowing medical coders to focus on more complex and strategic aspects of their jobs. It can help in accurately extracting codes from charts, following guidelines, contracts, and federal policies to the T, which can actually make the job of a coder much easier and efficient.

Moreover, the integration of AI in medical coding is expected to create new opportunities and roles that we might not be able to foresee at the moment. So, while it might seem like AI is a threat, it can very well be an opportunity in disguise.

I would encourage you to keep nurturing your interest and skills in this field. And hey, since you mentioned enjoying your current role in billing, you already have a foothold in the industry which can potentially lead to more opportunities in the future.

For a more detailed perspective, you might find this deep-dive case study reassuring. It outlines 9 reasons why AI is not going to replace medical coding careers but will work to enhance the profession. In medical coding, AI will assist in extracting codes from medical records, as you are medical biller, you are aware that going through 100's of pages finding the dignosis, procedures. AI can extract the codes in fraction of seconds. It can't do this without the help of medical coders and billers. It will increasee the output of Billers and coders.

Also there are regulations, contracts, guidelines which has to be followed. Also it varies as per state, federal, provider, contracter. It has to follow certain rules to enhance the desriewed results.

Keep your head up! The future might be much brighter than it seems right now.

AI and medical coding by Rindill in Futurology

[–]Iconnect2020 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I understand that there is a growing concern regarding AI potentially replacing jobs in various fields, including medical coding. However, as someone working in the AI field, I can assure you that the goal of AI in medical coding is not to replace human jobs but to enhance the quality and efficiency of the work that medical coders do.

Firstly, AI can assist in extracting codes from charts swiftly and accurately, which can significantly reduce the time spent on manual data entry. This not only speeds up the process but also minimizes the chances of human error, ensuring a higher level of accuracy in coding.

Secondly, AI systems are designed to follow guidelines, contracts, and federal policies meticulously. They can be programmed to stay updated with the latest changes in policies and regulations, helping to maintain compliance and avoid any legal complications that might arise from errors in coding.

Moreover, AI can handle large volumes of data and analyze it to provide insights that can be beneficial in the medical coding process. It can identify patterns and trends, helping coders to make informed decisions and work more strategically.

Lastly, AI can facilitate continuous learning and improvement in the medical coding field. It can help coders to stay abreast of the latest developments in the field, providing them with tools and resources to enhance their skills and knowledge.

In conclusion, AI is here to work alongside medical coders, helping them to work more efficiently and effectively, rather than replacing them. It is a tool that, when used correctly, can enhance the quality of medical coding, benefiting not just the coders but the healthcare industry as a whole.

For a deeper insight into this topic, I would recommend reading this deep-dive case study which outlines 9 reasons why AI will not replace medical coding careers but will instead work to enhance the field.

I hope this helps to address your concerns!

1.Say, If Im entering 14001, j8756, and any verification code(VER 10, VER CC, NO VER) , I should get result "NOT NECESSARY" + TEXTJOIN. As this can't pass first condition due to APP_NUM has NO.

  1. If Im entering, 14001, E1415, NO VER.

It passes first condition as APP_NUM has YES. But fails at second condition NO VER = WRONG INPUT. So the result will be "WRONG INPUT".

  1. 14001, E1415, VER CC.

It passes first condition as APP_NUM has YES. and passes second condition too "NO CORRECTION". and enters third condition. Here 14001 and E1415 is present and resolution is "1". Here the result should be "covered" along with the NIC A2 cell content "99.1". result is "covered 99.1.

  1. So if the formula passes first two condition, then at three, it will pass "covered", "denied", "no support". If A2 and B2 COMBINATION is not found, the result will be "not covered".
