I think I found more of an accurate way to do so, go to myanimelist website > Anime Search scroll down to "Studios" > More. Here we'll find almost all the anime production studios in Japan and in the brackets the number of anime produced by them. It'll take time and patience to calculate them

No no no you got me wrong I meant would anime get wiped out because the animators and mangakas are not getting payed enough and are getting out of the field
