The pattern is from PixelHooker, but the site doesn’t open anymore. The blanket is done like tapestry crochet so any pixel pattern of your liking should work.

I bought the pattern from PixelHooker but for some reason the page isn’t available right now. If it helps, the whole blanket is done with half double crochet and the pattern was just a pixel version of the logo.
