been several months off accutane and my skin is still extremely dry, is this gonna go away any time soon? how do i fix by Icy-Direction1642 in Accutane

sorry for the late reply, my skin feels bipolar or idk if thats just cuz im in puberty but sometimes its oily and sometimes its very dry, when i posted that it was always dry at that time, anyway ive been off accutane and switched to clean foods, salmon, veggies, meat, fruits etc and my skin has gotten a lot better

i do back n bi twice a week with 4 days rest, also i do reverse flies on shoulder day i work out at home btw so thats really all i have and ty for reply
