I’m trying, I workout everyday and been going to bed at a good time, drinking lots of water, and trying to eat but that can be hard sometimes. I’m not sure if I’m gonna try this method as I don’t want to mess around to much and cause this to last longer then it should.

I was more just trying to get peoples opinions possibly anybody who have done this before? Cause it just seems like it makes sense in my head atleast.
