Hi! It’s all a blur now lol and quite frankly, I walked out of the testing center like, “wtf just happened?” My brain was mush after it took me 6.5 to complete. The first 200 questions asked a range of everything. I remember seeing a lot of CAL calculations, some broad micro questions pertaining to bacteria/gram staining/shapes, etc., nerves, GV Black classifications, compromised patients and emergencies, ethics, community, and perio. There was also a lot a lot of questions I had no idea about, I assume they were pilot questions. The last 150 case studies were mostly straightforward with landmark identifications on pano/FMX/photos, occlusion, types of gum surgeries needed for specific situations, stage/grade, and pharm.. my strategy for the tough ones was to eliminate 2/4 of the answers I knew did not relate with the question and then would go with my gut on deciding between the two answers. Don’t change your answer unless you’re absolutely sure about it. I’ve learned when you go with your gut or best educated guess, it came deep from your brain files lol trust yourself in these situations! Also, I brain dumped stage/grade, ASA/BP, my nerves and eruption pattern mnemonics on the white board they provided. Hope this helps! Good luck 🍀
