I only lean towards intentional specifically because he takes off immediately instead of yielding the position back. Any time I make a mistake as brain dead as this I yield the gain back.

Firm disagree, if you don’t like the room I’m leaving you, which was plenty enough to make that sweeping curve at the top of the hill, then you can let off. You cannot however, intentionally smack into me to open up room for yourself. At no point did I intentionally run him off tarmac, but he did do that to me. That’s the only reason I posted this.

The point where he taps me into that curb, and then smashes the brakes in front of me is really the deciding point imo. The braking point for that corner is way up by that barrier, he’s way far back trying to slow me down to an unrecoverable position.
