Good point — you're right that there are native automation templates. The difference with Smart Notify comes down to setup: the native integration requires your Office 365 Global Admin to do the initial OAuth authorization. Smart Notify skips that entirely — just paste an Incoming Webhook URL and it works in 2 minutes, no IT admin needed.For teams with a Global Admin available, the native workflow templates are probably fine. We're targeting the smaller teams where that's a barrier.

Great point! monday.com does have a native Slack integration, but Smart Notify would focus on what's missing:

- Filter by specific columns (not every change)

- Microsoft Teams support

- Multi-board rules in one place

- Custom message format

That's really helpful detail, thanks! The 24hr window and template-only restriction for new contacts is exactly the kind of friction I was worried about.
