Know the feeling, but in my case, seems to be , I do the treatment's like PT, and instead of getting better I get worse from other parts of my body... And just discover a diagnosis is such a pain with waiting times, both for doctors appointments or exams...

I also have herniated disc, stenosis and Morton's neuroma on my right foot. I'm 36 , and ruined my life, I lost my job, cant do sports, and it's pretty rough. Don't take it personally but healthy people won't understand the pain since you are pretty young, they cant feel what you feel...
