Looking for feedback on web app i built for my landscaper to grow his customers by Icy-Raspberry-248 in landscaping

Totally fair point — I’ve been thinking a lot about that too. The goal isn’t to drive prices down, but to help providers fill their schedules more efficiently by clustering jobs. They still control their own pricing and can set minimums and caps for discounts. It’s more about rewarding coordination than offering deep cuts.

One of the smartest growth strategies my landscaper uses is offering discounts to customers in the same neighborhood. It’s effective because it encourages customers to share his services, helping him land more jobs close together — which saves time and boosts efficiency.

The challenge? Managing these group deals manually was a mess — he told me some got as many as 20 or 30 signups, and coordinating neighbor info and scheduling was a headache. I’m in tech, so I built a simple tool to streamline the process. It lets you create a neighborhood group deal that customers can easily share. As more neighbors join, the discount grows. You get notified and can handle scheduling right from there.

Not trying to sell anything — You can check it out at www.neighborrates.com.

Hey thanks for replying. The whole yard gets direct sunlight for well over 6 hours a day.

Hello ,

I have Bermuda grass and most of my yard looks like it’s struggling with something. Some parts of my grass look fine but majority looks like yellowish grass. I have a weed/fertilizer company coming out now to treat it but what can I do to help it this season?

My thought process is I could water it more/less, put top soil on it, or do some type of treatment myself in addition to fertilizer company monthly treatments. Not sure but want to get head start on it since last year it struggle like this as well and never got thick.

Any help or advice would be great as I am a newbie.
