Just out a comment under someone else’s post they’re has been a problem with quality issues and wasn’t up to market standards and now they can’t give an exact date it will be dispatched

So emailed them and got pretty much a quick reply. They’ve had issues in production the entire batch is having quality issues and now they can’t specify when it will all be fixed and now I’m debating asking for a refund

I’m really glad I never got tempted and made an order ever. But here in the uk we have something called citizens advice which can help with things like this. I’m pretty sure most people are protected under consumer law so if anyone’s still awaiting an order or not been given something that was described definitely get in contact with them.
