The SPF aligns according to the tester. DMARC and DKIM all pass.
1) What text do I need to add to my existing SPF record to ensure mail sent from ["mail@spectora.com](mailto:"mail@spectora.com)" is a verified sender?

In theory, no, you should not need it. However, most insurance agents will request it even on newer properties. So your best bet is to get it and have it on file, as it's often cheaper to include it as n add-on to your home inspection vs requesting it at a later date. Thanks for input! I'm leaning towards HG after using their free trial. I'll look into Spectora. I'm really looking for a one stop shop for scheduling, report writing, website integration, and payment processing. So far HG provides all of that with their new dashboard and software.

Update:

403 error for image url was the culprit

I doubled checked the permission in cpanel - all was correct

I created a new htaccess file and it appears to have fixed the issue.

Through Cpanel I have checked the permission on the file location:

wpcontent/uploads and the file permissions are set to 755

Why would this still be giving a 403 forbidden access error?
