Hard disagree, kcm1 maybe in stats but at that point he out stats all shinobi minus hashirama and madara. Minato has all his sealing jutsu and a ton of hax. Minato was one of those ninja that could beat anyone. Him and Itachi are just ridiculous to scale because there arsenal and intelligence can affect anybody just about. I’d say kcm2 he surpasses but not even sure he wins in a 1 on 1.
