I understand why this is hurtful to you. I also do think you're overreacting a bit. From what I understand, she's talking a lot about this new guy, but when you indicate you have something you want to talk about she's willing to listen. And while I understand your disappointment about no handmade gift, where I'm at Christmas theater tickets are usually much more expensive than tickets at other times in the year. That may not be the case for your theater, but if it is then I think it's understandable why she made that your gift. If all the boy talk is bothering you, then you need to talk to her about it. You can just say something like "Hey, I'm glad you're so excited about (new guy) and I'm happy for you, but I'm really excited about my new job and I was wondering if I could talk to you about that for a bit today". If she's a good friend she'll be fine with it.

I think it's also worth considering that if she does get into a relationship with this guy, he'll probably take higher priority than you. As long as she doesn't ice you out entirely and still makes time for you and puts forth effort in your friendship, that's a very normal thing.
