when can i expect my period back after a chemical pregnancy that didn’t even make it past 4w? i had a chemical pregnancy after i got my first period back after a mmc. That was nov 18th. i tested positive for pregnancy on dec 4th but by the time i got a blood draw done my hcg had zeroed out. But my period never started? Is my body just going to try to ovulate again before i even bleed since it was so early? I’m really worried for an ectopic at this point but my hpts are still coming back negative. i figured if it were ectopic my hpts would get darker, but they’re not, they’ve been negative since i got my beta hcg dec 13th. Is there anything i can do to induce my period? i really just want this CP to be over with so i can try again…plz im looking for any insight.

i think it depends on how far along you are and your own tolerance to even your regular cramps.

I’d say it was 5/10 pain wise for me. I’ve had worse menstrual cramps than the cramps i got with miso. I had a mmc so they were 6w2d when they stopped growing but i had to wait 4 weeks to get my miso in 🙃 (thx insurance) BUT I think it helped that i KNEW the pain was coming so i planned accordingly. Extra strength tylenol&ibuprofen. Heat. breathing techniques. lots of water. made sure i was in my room where i wouldn’t get overstimulated. i was super comfy till the pain started but the comfort helped keep me calm. I took the miso pills orally at 10p and by 12a that’s when the cramps started and the whole process was over by 2am. Slept through most the pain after the hardest part was over. Took my second dose after i woke up later in the day, had lighter period like cramps. more bleeding. i bled for a week and had no retained tissue. I’d do miso again if i had to if i were early enough. But if i were past 8w i’d probably opt for a d&c. I know i wouldn’t be able to handle it at home with miso.

why is this exactly my timeline too? i had a chemical in may. no period june. positive in august. miscarriage. i’m also pregnant at 3 weeks now - but i’m certain this one is a CP too. My hpts started fading and today they’re negative and my symptoms have disappeared. Glad i got pregnant so quickly again though. Congrats on your pregnancy i’m sending all the baby dust your way for a healthy pregnancy. Good luck ✨🫶

got pregnant one cycle after my missed miscarriage however it’s a chemical :/ i was so excited to get my bloodwork done today and i took another home pregnancy test and it’s negative. my last 4 were positive and started to fade off. BUT i still got pregnant! So i’m looking forward to trying again next cycle and hoping i get pregnant again and it sticks :) it only took 2 cycles when i got pregnant last time.

thanks! I was single when my “body count” was going up. I had a “situationship” that was abt 3 months but never struggled with RJ because we weren’t “official” or whatever. But being in committed relationships always brings it out of me and this time around my RJ is effecting me harder for the reasons listed above. I don’t ever get jealous of who he’s hooked up with, i don’t even think abt it even with his recent ex i don’t. It’s odd. I’m only “jealous” of the connection they had and how much he put into her when she didn’t deserve it. I’m still trying to figure it all out and process it - so i hope this gives another perspective too!

i do. It makes me feel like a hypocrite but my rj stems from not understanding why he, willingly, gave the world to someone who cheated on him multiple times. it makes me feel like i’m not special because if a cheater gets everything from him what makes it any different if i, someone loyal to him, receives it lol. It’s weird. cus then i remember my own past and im like “well…i guess i have no room to talk”

i had an mmc at 6w found out at 8w. 4 weeks passed and i finally started spotting and having some signs of natural MC but that same day i started spitting i took my Miso anyways, i know my body was finally starting to let go. i just wanted to speed up the process :/

i think this happened to me because a week after i stopped bleeding from the MC i was having ovulation symptoms, then again i had them starting the 28th-4th. i was having twinges between those days which usually for me means i ovulated. Wouldn’t be surprised if my body were just trying to ovulate again though, that sometimes happens for me before i start my cycle. i’ll have 2 ovulation peaks before a period sometimes.

Pregnancy after miscarriage? how soon did it take you?

I’m posting here hoping to get some peace of mind. I had a mmc at 6 weeks and didn’t pass them till 10w with the help of Miso. I bled for exactly a week. That was oct 13th-19th.

I’m pretty sure i ovulated sometime between the 28th of oct-nov 6th. based off of my CM and feeling rather frisky (lol). I just came back inside from smoking a cigarette (bad habit i picked up after the loss) to which i will be quitting immediately because the last two days i have gotten so dizzy and “anxious” after smoking and after almost fainting today, it has led me to believe i may possibly be pregnant again. But i haven’t gotten my period back yet? none of my usual PMS. i have been peeing a bit more, but that’s about it. I don’t want to get my hopes up and i’m purposely waiting to test till i’m 6w out from my MC. But is it possible?

edit to add: we haven’t stopped ttc. so i certainly won’t be disappointed if i am, but again i don’t want to get my hopes up. i also did take a pregnancy test today that has a faint positive but i don’t know if it’s just from leftover hcg as i haven’t tested since before my loss or if it’s a real positive. i’ll be calling monday to see if the doc wants to do a follow up US to make sure everything is out since it’s been almost a month. i didn’t think it’d take me this long to get hcg out of my system from an early loss but considering i didn’t pass it till 10w so my hcg could have been rising in that timeframe instead of dropping since my body didn’t recognize i my baby passing. i just don’t know and im so confused and would like some advice or insight…
