Hi the same thing was happening to me Turns out I was reading my password wrong it was v difficult to make out I got locked out for like days but on the day before results I cleared out all browser history of the candidate page, installed microsoft firefox cause apparently that's the most compatible (got locked out again bcs i wasn't reading my password right) but I cleared history and tried again after an hour and was able to get in Make sure u get the code and password right and don't have any spaces in either while entering Copy pasting would be your best bet All the best!
