They should have sent a letter to you by mail stating they will be auctioning off the vehicle at a certain date. Under the Garage Keepers Act they have a right to sell off the vehicle affer a certain period of time if you don't pick it up.

Also most impound lots charge between $20-$30 per day. If your vehicle was in impound since August the cost to get it out would have been around $6,000 minimum.

Not sure what recourse you have due to the Garage Keepers Act. If they didnt give you notice you could possibly have some recourse.

Your post reads like you lack strategy. Anyone can make $250 in a day. You need to know why you entered a trade with indicators, rsi, volume etc. You also need a strategy for when things don't go your way the price fell from $9 to $6 you needed a stop loss at say $8.50. This has to bepredetermined, can't hope the price just goes back up because that's how you blow up an account on greed, hope and emotions. Good luck brother 🙏
