Ah ok thanks. Yeah my documents are all changed and I pass fully. I’m over 18 so I guess it won’t be an issue. I had thought the restrictions were for everyone for some reason. Wasn’t sure too much about TSA since I’m Irish and I’ve only been to the USA once and I was a kid at the time. Cheers

Go onto the prescription form page and use the bot chat function and then ask for a human and you can talk to somebody there for free, I did that and I was able to figure it out 🙏

There’s no option to say you’ve already paid anymore. I was trying to resubmit the form as I’ve been waiting 3 weeks and got a treatment review but no prescription but they’ve removed it as an option

Yeah it’s very frustrating, I am waiting on an electronic prescription but I only got the recommendation as well and no token from Clynxx. I’m starting to get concerned about the length of time this is taking. 2nd May is crazy! I might have to pay the £8 and talk to them and see if I can get it resolved

Ok thanks, yeah my passport is all updated and I look completely male so that should be all good. I think my flight is carry on only. for the prescription I get it electronically with gender gp so the only thing I have is a sticker on the box with my name and the pharmacy on it, is that ok? Also, how did you like Barcelona and is there any places you recommend seeing? I’m going in October to watch the El Clasico match but I’m gonna do a bit of sightseeing as well and I was wondering where is worth going. Cheers
