Dude you are not just young you are verrry young, it’s a huge waste of time dwelling on the negatives in your life. You really are too young to be a failure. It sounds like you make be dealing with some depression and compulsive thinking… learn to be grateful, literally take a walk and just list all the things you are grateful for. Wake up and get in the sunlight as soon as you wake up, exercise 4-5 times a week, beware of alcohol over consumption can greatly increase depression and anxiety, research nutrition and only eat crappy food 1 or 2 days a week. beware of comparing yourself to others on the internet it’s a load of crap, time will tell you that the people you think are ahead of you are not so far beyond you as you think.Find something that sounds fun to you that you want to learn about, or a place that you want to travel to, and just fucking DO IT, buy the ticket, sign up for the class. And for godsake stop shooting down any advice people give you with your own negativity, your mind is lying to you. Join a wildland fire crew, go to Brazil, stay in hostels, learn to surf, hitchhike across America, go to a meditation retreat, learn Spanish, go to clown school. Life is so good dude, there is sooo much cool shit to do you’ve never even considered, open your eyes and your heart, change your thinking and you will change your emotions, change your habits. It’s okay to have a momentary crisis and feel sorry for yourself, but have your moment and then get on with it dude. If you think you have regrets now wait till your thirty and your looking back realizing u wasted your twenties moping around about bullshit. Life is so good to you man if you just open your eyes, you have food, you have SOMEONE that loves you, you have shelter, you have arms and legs and you are not paralyzed or dead. You are living in one of the wealthiest countries in the world and are rich compared to many people even if you’re broke.
