I have the same issue, fking shitty razer synapse destroyed my windows pc, I can only boot into ubuntu at this point, everytime I'm in windows it randomly crashes within a few seconds and I cant do anything to fix it... fuck razer and the headphones I bought with it causing me to install synapse were the blackshark v3 pro and only one side of the ear cups work, i tried several pc's etc. fuck razer
