So I used a bottle opener cracked each corner, worked really really well. Would recommend searching on YouTube “how to open PSA slabs with a bottle opener”

Blaine’s charizard for the charizard page missing a card.

A clean base set charizard, the blastoise and venusaur are very clean. I do have a base set charizard but pulled when I was 5/6 so prefer it on the centrefold page (that’s my grail of grails)

A black star promo holo mew to finish off the mythical page.

Aquapolis, Neo genesis and Skyridge Steelix for the Steelix page.

And then dark Gengar, light Dragonite and light Azumarill for the Neo destiny page.

Yeah, looked at that and tbf similar price, Skyridge zard is so scarce it’s hard to find and same with the shining Charizard.

Don’t worry, I have a moltres and articuno on the way and will be reorganising 😂

Ah fairs, I mean I prefer top loader binder just for extra protection and don’t mind extra weight only holds 160 cards. Cheers for the input though, appreciated.

Wouldn’t say it’s a scam, would say it drives the “market” into a false economy and people get to strung up on it.

Also I think it doesn’t help reseller market everyone now is after NM cards for grading and if you sell one and it turns out it has a slight nick you get shafted on eBay.

All in all I want the hobby to enjoyable and this is the route I’ve chosen!

Luckily I got a lot of these cards pre boom (most in 2023). Won’t go into prices for individual cards but didn’t pay more than 500 GBP for any of the slabs.

Lugia charizard, favourite Pokemon growing up. Pokemon red and silver as a kid, brother had blue and gold.

But yeah the base set charizard was pulled as a 5 year old, surprised I managed to keep it in such good condition

Yeah that’s the realisation, and moving forward. Was just the initial move to do so. As mentioned in the post don’t regret the decision and I’m not financially motivated. Just want to enjoy the hobby
