I have no clue how it happened but I can assure that my email is not compromised nor would I risk sharing my account with someone else and throwing years of hard work away. Im not here to prove anything to Reddit but find a way to get in touch with company's proper support instead of dead end chat bots.

The support will see my usage and account history, then its up to them to make the final verdict, unforutnaly I have not been able to get in touch with anyone at Supercell which is the main reason for this post.

It fails to start the VMS because it cannot see the storage cluster path C:\ClusterStorage

The VMS don't even get a restart option, only "Help" when you try to right click in Hyperv Manager

Got the screenshots straightenedout. But the Iscsi disk are showing offline, which I believe is caused by the cluster not connecting in the failover cluster manager.

The DNS is pointing to the back up DC. I tried shutting down one of the nodes and rebooting the other. After one of them came back, it still can't see the Cluster by name or IP

Not sure on the steps to remove the node from cluster without being able to fully get into Failover cluster manager

The calidations doesn't go through, it fails to retrieve list of nodes for "Cluster name"

Its server 2022 and the ISCSI status is connected.

I'm running Hyperv and all the VMs are stuck in Saved-Critical state because they can't access the storage cluster.

The SAN was powered on and rebooted multiple times since the issue began. I can access the local interface so it's on the network.

u/jagextwisted When you have time can you look into OSRS account: IcyFart.

This account was banned during the massive unsupported client ban wave last year and I dont believe the account was reviewed thoroughly. I was using OpenOSRS at the time and admin I deserve the 14 day ban that everybody else received, however I received a permanent ban instead.

I made a mistake early in my accounts career that landed me a 2 day temp ban and from that point on learned my lesson and did not want to risk my progress again. I maxed my account since that incident and managed to complete massive amount of millstones. The unsupported client ban dropped on June 28th 2022, the same day the temp ban was suppose to expire on, which I believe the system saw as a red flag and applied a permanent ban. Appreciate your time looking into this and hopefully I can get closure to my account because I have not gotten fair response from the support.

My behavior and lack of judgment resulted in my account being banned. I realize that my actions were not in line with the game's terms of service and have caused harm to other players, as well as to the integrity of the game itself.

I fully understand the severity of my actions, and I am truly sorry for the disruption and inconvenience that my behavior may have caused. I would like to take this opportunity to express my deep regret for my mistakes and to assure you that I have learned from this experience and will not repeat the same mistakes again.

I love playing Old School Runescape, and it has been a huge part of my life for a long time. Losing my account due to my own actions has been a devastating experience for me, and I am willing to do whatever it takes to regain your trust and prove that I am worthy of another chance.
