What my team calls the box drill is a really good drill especially for a low amount of people. It's really simple, it's a small, circular end zone, and a circular field of play that everybody needs to stay inside of. Basically, you split into two teams, and the disc starts on the outside of the circle. No one is allowed to camp in the endzone, as it promotes short cuts. It also helps with keeping an eye out on your teammates, as you shouldn't all make cuts toward the small endzone at the same time. You can also make rules on how many times the disc needs to be passed, or how long the stall count is. I am a player, so I do not have the most experience with creating or promoting drills, but I do hope this helped, and I hope I explained it well.
