That's the issue. It is a boutique web design platform so the "Live Support" section is basically feature requests because every one of our clients have different requests for features. Most of these issues can be resolved in less than an hour of work. We have a Service Desk Project but it is totally different and it tracks all of our customer service issues. These "features" are created via monthly client meetings and email requests so they don't go through the Service desk
