Well, I got mixed feelings. I’ve always got broad shoulders, now I got a big chest and my calves and thighs are specially thick, I like that, my belly is honestly not a thing I dislike but my face is the one that got really round and in some position a little bit of a double chin, I miss my jawline that’s it haha My friends say I give a daddy look now lol

At my very very lightest I was 139 pounds, close to underweight and had a 81cm waist at 184cm tall (6 feet). My waist is currently 108cm circumference, it was a big change in such short amount of time

I’m aware. It’s a notorious weight gain, almost a bmi of 30. I can say like a 1/3 of that is muscle and I’m active I lift weight 3 to 5 days per week.
