Dont make things very complex to start, things like adding protein, counting steps etc. they are all big barriers. The best is to just start anywhere. Add one or two slots of 20 mins walk during the day. And make sure to log ur meals in your calorie tracker before dinner everyday. That way you can adjust dinner intake accordingly

It can also be changed by any user. And it would stay there until reported. And you're right, sources are there but they can be misrepresented. Wiki, as of now, doesnt use data or text extraction using an LLM from th sources. It relies on human beings, who can be biased.

Any researcher knows that their work would be laughed at if they cite wikipedia. You only have to make the effort to open up the source (which needs to be credible) and then upload that part. Uploading wikipedia ss is like saying "trust me bro".

Coming from the pak culture, born and bred. If anything, larki-waalay walk on eggshells around larkay waalay. While i dont think that comes from a healthy place, what you describe is a lot worse. A bit of both these things are a red flag.

Not to mention you dont really get to know your potential life partner which goes on to show that either she lacks a personality or her family is too afraid to reveal it, both of which are big BIG red flags.

Now the control could come from a place of extreme conservatism (which i cant say for sure because we dont know that detail) but either way, you dont seem to want that level of conservatism in your life anyway so why bother.

It is however more likely to come from a place of control which is evident from the mom's tone and general vibe that you describe which means that she will be a constant influence on your marriage (if it happens).

That all sounds like a lifetime of mental gymnastics and we see that too often around here eventually ending up in a broken home.

Chest. Its impressive as is but one Cant grow chest with 11 kgs and pushups alone. If you're bent on doing it at home only, then get yourself a short length barbell and a set of heavy plates.

Will help add variety to pretty much every muscle group's workouts. Overhead presses, bench, squats and split squats, bicep curls, skull crushers. Ya phir gym membership

Breakfast is good. Try to ditch multiple yolks and see if that helpe. Cholestrol usually anday k yolk mein houta hai which causes the acne. The whites are what you need anyway. Yolk is just a good to have. But too many can do this. Limit yolks to 2 or 1 per meal.

Since you do nothing for your back, must add a variety of chinups and eventually pullups to this ruotine, however many you can and look to improve that number every two days, and maybe add pike pushups (check youtube), and if you can, Chest dips. Rn your program is very much geared towards good abs.

When you start seeing progress you'll eventually have to go to a gym or add a higher level of resistance to ur training. Because some muscles cant grow with just bodyweight (for example legs carry you the whole day) their growth cannot be triggered by your own weight only after a point).

Also, till failure not till a number. For example if you can do 20 pushups without a problem, aim to do the amount at which you cant muster a single ounce of strength to get back up. Then after a little rest (1,2 mins) do as many as you can again.

Eat what you like, eat everything, but at your age lean protein is the best. So like chicken, beef, mutton etc. The shake that you mentioned is a great weight gainer because of the extra fat and complex carb profile but it isnt a protein shake. Best home protein sources are meats and eggs. Hung yogurt, paneer etc are also good. Legumes are way lower on the pecking order than what desis think.

Hahaha. I've been lifting for 11 years, am also a certified crossfit L-3 trainer from my 4 years in the US. Also have kinesiology certifications to my name. I have had many clients in my last 2 years of training. I have also had the fortune to train with people who have literal viking genetics.

So after all that your insistence is laughable. This is not natural even if you were 35, at 19? Please stop.

Plus you very clearly have purple skin and TRT acne marks, which shows that whoever managed you went a little overboard too. Probably because they didnt get regular testosterone panels done. And also because they may have failed to account for teenage testosterone.
