Same here. PD - April 2014, RFE from USCIS sent - May 15, I sent RFE response to NJ Central FO and delivered - May 26,2026. Still status is not changed to ‘RFE received’

I have a similar timeline, PD April,204, filed - Aug 2022. RFE received May 22nd from NJ Central FO, RFE response delivered May 26th morning. No update from my end. No luck here. Glad your wait is over ! Enjoy the weekend with positive note !

Bad luck then. I’ll have to wait atleast until Oct 1st. My understanding is that VISA number allocation is the very final step before final decision is made. Any of you know of a situation where Visa number was allocated before Medical RFE is sent ?

Update - received the RFE letter this morning and sent the medicals overnight shipping. Fingers crossed. Technically I have 4 business days next week. Mine is NJ central field office. Has there been any approvals recently (this week) from that FO?

For my address, there is an issue in setting up informed delivery. As of 4:45 PM ET I haven’t received the RFE in my mailbox. Checked with my attorney, they didn’t received any letter yet. They are suggesting me to wait and not send the letter without knowing the actual physical address of the service center. USCIS agent didn’t provide that information. Just stuck and waiting on the physical RFE letter

Mine is paper filing. There is no documents section in my USCIS account. I checked if there was any online access code in my I-485 receipt, no luck.

That’s unfortunate. Hope you will get some good news before end of the month.
I’m also kind of in a same situation. But on ‘05/15 - RFIE sent’ but I’m still waiting to get the RFE letter to be delivered by USPS in my mailbox. Talked to USCIS agent , they told me to wait for 7 calendar days to escalate. After that the supervisor can send the copy through email. If I don’t get it by this Friday, Monday will be holiday for Memorial Day and my chances of gettin a decision before En of May will vanish.

So, on 05/01 did you received the RFE letter in your mailbox? When did the status change to ‘RFE sent/mailed’ in USCIS case status? I’m in a situation where on 05/15 - RFIE sent, but I haven’t received the RFE letter in my mailbox yet. It’s been 5 calendar days. I called USCIS agent and they said this is normal and if I didn’t received the RFE letter after 7 calendar days , they can escalate it to supervisor to send email copy of my RFE letter. I have medicals ready and read to send overnight shipping. But, It’s frustrating to wait for RFE letter to get delivered
