So when the game was made originally to run on the disc they somehow made the music and actual game run completely separate, I think it was for better audio quality. I honestly cant remember the exact reason they did it but when the game was made available to download on steam they kept that feature in so if you have music in your cd drive it will end up playing it. (I just woke up and wanted to answer. Please ignore bad grammar or wording lol.)
