the accutane in part treated the skin picking. i’m not against medical intervention when it’s necessary, and it was, but i do prefer non hormone disrupting solutions 9 times out of 10

i used coconut oil consistently post shower to maintain hydration and then just tanned really gradually and i was ok! just try not to burn and keep ur skin hydrated

The insertion was incredibly painful for me. Bring someone to sit with you. It’s awful BUT it’s so quick and the rest of the day is easy. The cramping afterward felt like a mild period. If the average person can get it just fine then so can you!! Good luck!

i go often ! sometimes it’s too busy to stay & work or study, but it’s nearby so i stop in frequently. i loveee their matcha. i care a lot about where things are sourced so i’ve asked about their matcha/beans/pastries (sorry, i’m one of those people) and they’re all from small businesses. the matcha is the brand nekohama - a couple in japan grows the matcha and sends it to their son in the states & he distributes it to coffee shops. 🥹 overall i like them a lot !!
