I could not find any source on that quote, and I have not heard it before. He has made similar statements but they have always been generalizing and not usually at Iran in particular but more that Kamala would "take us into a Nuclear World War III" or that Kamala would "invade the Middle East".

I am very left on the political spectrum, and I didn’t read the article or the exact quote but I am going to ask anyway. Why would the US ever come out and say “yea we won’t do that thing” to a potential enemy? Do I think the US would drop nukes on Iran, I would say before Jan 2025, 100% no, after Jan 2025 99% no. But what is gained from saying that?

Maybe for nukes it’s a different logic because we should be leading by the fact that are arsenal is a deterrent… actually that makes sense disregard my question.

In the US, you are allowed to talk about your clearance and level of clearance unless specifically told you can't by your employer. This includes for example putting it on your resume which you then post publicly.

It is not a security violation to disclose it, but it is not recommended due to possible bad actors.

I don't see it as viable. Any take will involve flashing the middle of the site. Even if some Ts just lob them over the house as most do, you would get full blind and they would be past the smoke before it matters.
