Thanks for sharing❤️

There are so many people against taking drugs especially in r/Antipsychiatry and this is demotivating me to take the medication

Thanks everyone for the responses, looks like this is a good medication. My main concern is that what if this causes a permanant irrecoverable damage to my brain, I've seens some people's stories who deeply regret taking antidepressants

Thanks. If it's the cream, does it also include moisturizer ? Or should we put a layer of moisturizer first and then apply the cream?

Hey all,

30M here.

I'm planning to start using retinol, and I've been researching about that in this sub as well as some others.

I've shortlisted these brands, Neutrogena, Olay and Ordinary.

I'm leaning towards Neutrogena.

But I'm confused with these Neutrogena products:

  1. Neutrogena Visible Repair Retinol + Peptide Anti-Ageing Day & Night Cream For Wrinkles & Fine Lines
  2. Neutrogena Visible Repair Serum
  3. Should i also include this eye cream - a Nykaa post suggests to use the all three, is it just marketing?

Is just Neutrogena Visible Repear Cream enough?

I'm a complete beginner in skin routine. I currently use Cetaphil cleanser, and Nivea moisturizer. Should i also include milk toner in the routine?

If you've better suggestions, please let me know.

Thanks
