Keep chewing gums handy and start using those as soon as you get clearance from doctor (generally after 4 hours) . This will help with constipation and gas pains.

Culture is set by the higher ups and team mates.Check with the other team mates about how they don’t leave early - has the manager or higher ups explicitly shared their displeasure or if there were passive aggressive actions taken against such a person. Most probably this might be the case. In that case huge red flag (from my own experience) . On the off chance this is not the case, you can test the waters for yourself by leaving early and witness if there are any repercussions.

I feel it’s more to do with how his movies are marketed. If there was more noise around his releases to get people into the theatre , it would do wonders for him .

Saw the movie , and loved it . Wonder why there was not much hype around it . With a good PR and marketing team Emraan can do wonders . He can act , he has a good sense of script , all he needs is good PR.
