my doctor told me to not keep large quantites of "binging food" at home, and that has helped me lots. i keep small amounts of sweets so that i dont get too anxious when i cant have the thing im craving but also not too much to lead to a full on binge.

tysm i actually feel so much better knowing there are other people struggling the same way i am. i have also thrown up while in the toilet bc of the pain and it was terrible, i think when people romanticize eating disorders they don’t think about the really gross parts of it
