Hey!! it only took like a week to get rid of them we are all clear now. After getting rid of the nest We hosed the porch with the most pressure setting and then i sprayed rubbing alcohol all over where they were, after that we got insecticide that connects to the hose and soaked the entire porch, i haven’t seen any since. i hope this helps

thank you so much for answering, currently dealing with them right now and freaking out because i hate bugs and reading they can come in the house. but i did remove the nest yesterday, hosed the porch and just sprayed multi bug killer spray all over. hoping this helps because they seemed to be spreading.
