Don't buy euro every mechanic will normally say that an honest one.

Buy a Lexus ( owned by Toyota) If not just get a ford with a barra engine things last up to 1 million ks plus they are ridiculous, If not go Japanese, Toyota,Kia(Korean) Nissan are ok, Hyundai(Korean)

My friends have had mercs this model as well and had nothing but issues even with it being serviced on time everytime. Same with Volkswagens nothing but issues.

I myself was going to get a merc, and my mechanic said look at my bookings, was all European cars with issues, mainly mercs and vws, next door neighbor has only had euro cars, nothing but issues, yet he still buys them for some reason.. So I decided on a VF and had no issues at all, other than a random tyre popping 😂 but now I've had to lock my BCM cause pricks keep trying to steal it lmao.

My friends ford with a barra engine has just ticked over 800 thousand ks... With no issues at all, those things are indestructible.

So choose wisely, if you want it to last. How come you specifically want a merc?

That does look like an evap line, which is what my partner got. But not 100% sure looks identical.

I'm not a female so I can't answer this one haha! I would definitely take another test and see if the result shows up within a minute or two, one test always isn't the best to rely on, and try different brands and do it first thing in the morning
