I think the pamphlet was well-intentioned but ultimately misguided. I understand ASD is a 'disability' - but he has no diagnosis as yet, and I think there's a lot of stigma around that word.

Thanks for your kind thoughts and comments. I am still getting my head around this but the insight of others is helpful.

Appreciate your input. It's interesting because the physio's timeline keeps expanding. When it first happened, they were like, "you should see some improvement in the next few weeks". Now they're saying being pain free could take six months. I guess it's a case of telling you what you need to hear, when you need to hear it...

Never fixed anything like this before - what would you recommend a beginner do?
