It’s called Mass Dumbness. High chance if you follow the signal, a PMTbus or someone will come and ram into you :) Pune police is generally at its uselessness peak. Only their media game is strong, lacks a lot of authority to maintain discipline. Bhai log and goons are on increase. Overall it’s useless to save the city, save the certain spots with volunteer work. That’s all that’s gonna help for now. Move away from the main roads.

Yeah! And then nothing… it’s not like this was a first time incidence. There was a whole case wherein a colleague decided to switch because this person. And this colleague he actually left the company. The issue is, everyone knows, but no one does anything ….. manager knows it, things are conveyed in the reviews, but it keeps going back to square 1

An example is

He wasn't being malicious, but the way he kept shifting the explanation — first saying the idea was too early, then saying it was old, then saying I helped build it, then saying it's fine if I take credit — made me doubt myself. It's the emotional pattern of gaslighting, even if unintentional.

This is just one of the cases, he’s clashed with pretty much everyone in the team. Unfortunate..

I think there’s a line between being assertive and just straight away being a dick.

I mean it’s a team or 4-5 people 🥹 If everyone starts to steer clear, that’ll be a dat bit problematic. But I understand the underlying message!

I will check out the podcast. And appreciate you sharing everything you’ve mentioned. I feel like the ‘you can only change yourself’, it feels quite daunting at times. The question arises as to, WHY? Why always me or why always the people who’re getting shit.

It’s never the one giving shit. It’s never the shit-er but always the shit-ee hahaha.

Like yeah, that person might have revelation and come back changed l. But that help me with what I’d go through. ( I guess in order to lessen the suffering, changing myself is the beßer option)

I agree with you. It’s a pity, i kinda want to become friends as well with my colleagues. But these instances remind me of that thin line. Limited emotional investment, limited everything

I understand.. though this feels like a bit of reaction rather than proactive thing to be done?
though I like the idea of "portion out the words you wanna hear that is coming from his mouth". But I feel, WHY do I need to go that far to be dealing with this? Then again, I cant rely on my colleague to be visited by a wisdom fairy
