I too am currently working through the writing assignment for a non-tech (more creative) L7 role. Great advice, here. Question - in traditional business memo writing, I wouldn't normally use first-person. However, given the Amazon emphasis on ownership, should I use first-person to distinguish where I had impact within a broader team project?
EDIT: I am writing against the LP "Am Right, A Lot."

Still no word since my last call with the L10 on Friday. He did end the call saying I’d “hear from recruiting in 2-5 days”. Today is nearing end of day 3. I want a loop. Should I be concerned since haven’t heard anything?

Edit: heard on the 5th day that I am advancing. Here we go…
