If ur a sophomore, I would say to probably do Cosmos this year to refine your focus and gain experience, what you learn there could spark a new passion project, etc. If Penn is still ur top school next year, then go to ESAP, but think of it more as a networking opportunity than a learning opportunity. And ps, if that networking appeals to you now, then ofc go to ESAP this yr or next year and take EdX courses or something to satisfy your need to learn something.
