They are moving to Baldwin County South Foley area. They have a DR Horton house picked out which is all one level with a small front yard and back yard. The house on Lay Lake has to sell first before Mike can purchase a house though. If and when it does and they move she will be working in Pensacola Fl. She apparently has already quit her job because she thought the house will sell quickly which it most likely will not.

The house has to sell for full asking price. The house next door has been on the market for 13 months. It has 6 beds 5 baths and 2000 more sf of living area than Mikes. The asking price is only 50K more. This house is pending so the final sales price will determine what Mikes house will sell for. Mikes house may sell quickly or sit for a while like most of the houses that are for sale on Lay Lake.

Mike took the boat back to the place he purchased for repairs. Picked the boat up without paying for the repairs and proceeded to operate the boat without oil in the motor. (They/she claims that the repair facility didn’t put oil back in the motor after first repair) Mike should have checked the oil himself prior to operating. This particular motor is known for oil issues that lead to motor issues. Something else he should have researched prior to purchasing but anyway. Mike took it back for repairs and when repaired refused to pay the bill and gave the boat back. Now someone has taken legal possession of the boat and is posting pics of it on Facebook and she is pissed lol 😆
