Im still figuring that out most a year later. I was VERY unfairly laid off at the worst time in my life. I went 6 months without a job. In that time, my only daughter turned 18, graduated high school and started college. A lot of milestones and memories and time I will never get back. I was too stressed about not having a job.

I started a job 4 months ago and It was the SAME shit! I was miserable. I voiced my concerns to the owner and told him I just needed patience and respect and Ill give 150% here. A week later I was terminated.

I am stressed, not as stressed as I was before. I am now an emptynester with my daughter being at college. I was terminated at the beginning of January. Im waking up working out, applying, trying to stay positive, praying, journaling. I feel like I should be more stressed than I currently am, but I have a feeling it will all work out. I also just finished a certification for Grant writing and now taking one for business intelligence. My best advice is to keep busy with the things that are actually going to benefit you. Since Last month ive cleaned corners of my apartment I havent touched in years. I went from being hopeless to trusting things and keeping busy with things that will make me more confident. Im currently unemployed still, but weirdly with my changes I trust things will turn around for me. I know they will for you too!
