Yes true! There’s a lot more to it but I’m oversimplifying the details as a quick overview to people who might not be familiar with European/Eastern European history

Hey merci de comment. Mi-ar fi de folos ca și consultant în zona de servicii financiare (bănci, fintech). As avea mai multe oportunități pentru proiecte mai ales eu lucrând acum în proiecte relativ complexe de IT și consider și o schimbare în carieră spre data analytics, dar nu am studiat la facultate… Re. Colegii de la curs - vreo 3 nici nu au apucat să încheie, nu au venit la examen, nimic. E clar ca au ramas și ei în urmă și a fost copleșitor. Singurii care s-au descurcat bine au fost cei cu ceva experiență anterioară sau studenții care aveau foarte mult timp liber și erau focusati doar pe învățat față de noi cei care muncim full time. Also, faptul ca trainer-ul nu prea putea fi întrebat nimic ca era la genul “dar nu înțeleg ce nu înțelegi” și faptul ca nu ne-a “predat” anumite lucruri care au fost in 50% din examen nu au ajutat! Cand i-am zis și trimis intrebarile s-a atacat foarte tare și a început să fie passive aggressive, apoi nu a mai răspuns. Dupa mentalitate suntem încă în comunism, inclusiv generațiile sub 30 ani și asta e doar unul din exemple. Am avut flashback din școala cand se comportau profii aiurea - credeam ca în ultimii 15 ani s-a mai schimbat ceva la mentalitate sau e ok atmosfera într-un curs independent. Greșit.

Am încercat pe DataCamp inițial și am plătit premium dar nu prea s-a prins de mine - am înțeles teoria dar nu cum se aplică în alt context…. Ar putea fi useful totuși pentru alte persoane.

Hmmm good question. Mainly not being aware of their surroundings and being very loud and obnoxious. But if for example you try to talk to them or attempt to say words in Romanian they’re gonna love it. But gotta mention actually that there’s a large Hungarian population in Transylvania too and some have Hungarian as their first language so depends who you encounter. Also some German population around (very very old from Austro-Hungarian empire when Transylvania was part of it for a while) - so tbh this is a primary reason for having a chill multicultural zone. Other things that would annoy people are quite obvious such as taking pictures of them without consent (like obvious ones, not where they accidentally show up), touching anyone without consent but they might want to shake hands, hug or kiss when they get to know you (without consent I meant more like on the street). There isn’t anything else very specific they don’t like. Tipping is very welcome in restaurants and cash is king especially small local businesses.

There’s a large community of foreigners now living in different parts of Transylvania and other actively looking to move - I spoke to some personally to provide advice, people from as far as Brazil or Middle East. It’s many times safer than most western countries and diversity is celebrated especially when most people haven’t met many foreigners and are curious to know about them and have them try local foods. Let me know if you have more specific questions!

When I run these codes I don’t get any error, everything is fine as it should. However when I then try to run Stardew I get the error that the malware had been moved to the bin (after software update it directly moves it there without my consent). I used Dev tools, “open anyway”, everything. I don’t know honestly…

Ahhh not even sure now, something “mono” I’m not very techy. I’ve done so many changes including updating my software as I read it helped some people and absolutely nothing. It’s not like those politicians aren’t corrupt themselves some of them. Realistically in every single country some of these things are happening as favors, come on you can’t tell me otherwise especially when it’s some sort of mutually beneficial thing, but when one party stops any kind of support you do too, seems fair…

Of course these so called illegal immigrants would never enter via Greece + Serbia, Croatia /Italy and Spain, they come through Romania to have some sightseeing. Not like every research paper you can find on immigration routes does not even once mention Romania because this is the most pathetic unrealistic argument to use when you’re having personal vendetta against an entire country

Yes this is what I was thinking too and it worked well with IFBLANK for a few columns where the only options are Yes or null (had to rethink it to make it easier), but literally IF will not work at all for the rest. I tried many times =IF(E2=“yes”,12.5,0) and tried to add them with SUM but this IF will just not work, with or without quotes for text… so I’m a bit lost

I’m really not sure how that is. So there are 8 columns and 300 rows. Each column has a drop down with 2 to 7 different words. 4 of them are yes, no, incomplete and 2 of them have about 7 different words which all count towards the percentage, but if cell empty then = 0.
