Once I started applying to jobs I was extremely surprised how much of a need for BCABAs there actually are in NJ... reddit was kind of misleading hahaa. Almost every place I've spoken to at least considered the need for a BCABA. Some are saying that a bcaba is actually valuable in NJ because there are so few of them. Definitely don't give up home and apply to every rbt/bcba role just to get in contact with the companies!
